West Coast Racers Conclude Overseas Racing

Elk Grove, CA's Kyle Larson, California native Bryan Clauson and Arizona's Jerry Coons, Jr. finished their Western Springs Speedway (Auckland, New Zealand) Midget stint with a January 6 rainout. Larson, Clauson and Coons will all be competing in this week's Chili Bowl Midget Nationals.

Lincoln, CA's Tony Hunt, an eight-time USAC champion claimed fast time, second and third in Heat races and third in the A-Main on January 7 at Ultimate Raceway in Vereenging, South Africa behind-the-wheel of a WINGED 410 Sprint Car. Hunt competed against South Africa's best on the 1/4-mile paved oval in the Ultimate Sprint Car Series.
