21 Sprints and 19 Midgets (plus a 20th en route) here in Calistoga for night one of the 5th Annual Louie Vermeil Classic. Very strong contingent in both Sprints and Midgets. Midget entries by past winner Scott Pierovich plus Shane Golobic in Doug Bock's #26, Midget track record holder Shannon McQueen, Ryan Bernal, Brad Kuhn, David Prickett and Rico Abreu in Keith Kunz entry. Abreu Vineyards and Stadelhofer Construction have added $5,000 to Saturdays Midget winner and $7,500 to Sunday's Midget winner. Gorgeous weekend here in the beautiful Napa wine country.
